Platform and Owner

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name FORGEAI.PRO (the "Platform"), including the related mobile site and mobile application.

The Platform is owned by OYAA, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 44 Hastinapur, Madri Industrial Area, Udaipur 313001 (the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").
